Finance

The Finance Department is responsible for the preparation, distribution, and management of all City and Successor Agency funds. Staff is responsible for preparation of financial status reports and monitoring of the City Investment portfolio. Additional department functions include budget preparation and analysis, management of accounts payable and receivable functions, cash receipts, payroll, and purchasing duties.
